Build your portfolio web page
FreeAn interview writes your story, one command builds your designed page. No web skills needed.
Time to complete: ~60 minutes
The problem
A recruiter opens your application, sees the same CV as a hundred others, and moves on in 40 seconds. You know a personal page would change that, but:
- How do I get a designed page without web skills or a designer's budget?
- What do I even write about myself? Everything sounds like CV language nobody believes.
- Which of my projects belong there, and how do I prove they mattered?
- Where would I even publish it?
Writing about yourself from a blank page is where portfolios die: you forget your best work and undersell the rest. A designer page costs real money and a week of waiting. There's a faster way: an interview writes your page text, and one command turns it into a designed page, in about an hour.
What you get
portfolio-text.md: your story, your numbers, and your page words in one file, reusable for every CV and bio you'll ever writeportfolio.html: your finished portfolio web page, one file, publishable anywhere- The two prompt files that built it all, yours to rerun whenever your story grows
- Optional: a custom AI-generated picture, made for your page and nobody else's
- Optional: your page live on the internet, at an address that is yours
Who this is for
- Job seekers who need to stand out from a hundred identical CVs
- Freelancers and consultants who need one link that sells their work
- Career changers whose CV undersells what they can actually do
- Anyone who freezes when asked to "write a few words about yourself"
You need: the free Start Here card completed, about 60 minutes, and 3 to 5 works or projects you're proud of.
FAQ
- Do I need web skills or a designer? No. You talk, Claude Code builds. You polish the page by saying things like "make the heading bigger".
- What if I can't write about myself? That's the point of the interview. It asks, you answer, and it pushes for specifics so you don't have to.
- Where do I publish the page? Anywhere that hosts a file. The publish step walks you through free options.
- Can I update it later? Yes. The prompts are yours forever: rerun the interview when your story grows, or just tell Claude Code what changed.
- Will it look right on a phone? Yes. The design prompt requires it, because recruiters open links from email on phones.
About the creator
I'm Anastasia, a business analyst who builds with AI every day. The three prompts in this card are the exact chain I use, and the case study page in this store was built with them, from the first interview question to the finished file, inside the same 75 minutes this card asks of you.
